<正>慢性阻塞性肺疾病（chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, COPD）发病率高、死亡率高、致残率高、疾病负担重，给患者、家庭及社会带来沉重的经济负担[1],防治形势日益严峻。COPD存在异质性，常合并其他疾病，疾病进展导致患者就诊、住院及病死率均显著升高。

Abstract:

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) has a high incidence rate, high mortality, high disability rate and heavy disease burden, which brings heavy economic burden to patients, families and society [1], and the prevention and treatment situation is increasingly grim. COPD exhibits heterogeneity and often coexists with other diseases. Disease progression leads to significantly increased patient visits, hospitalizations, and mortality rates.
